Pilot, Crew & Engineer Training for every Helicopter platform

Our Training department is manned by experienced instructors from all Services within the British Military and Police and their backgrounds range from HEMS, MEDEVAC, all Police Helicopter roles, FLIR camera training, off-shore, on-shore with teaching experience from Operational flying training to basic instruction.

Our rotary instructors have experience across the whole breadth of helicopter training, from basic instruction within the UK Defence Helicopter Flying School (DHFS) to advanced and tactical training on Operational Conversion Flights and front-line units. We have front and rear-crew training staff to cover the full range of concurrent-crew training. We also have specialist staff instructors who have worked within the world-renowned Central Flying School (Helicopters) Squadron (CFS(H) Sqn) and are familiar and conversant with current instructor and ‘train-the-trainer’ packages. No training package is beyond our knowledge !

Training packages are bespoke and tailored directly to our clients requirements. Examples of what we have previously provided range from a two man team “Standardising” a Police Aviation unit’s drills and SOPs during a 3 week visit, to the provision of a full time training team consisting of pilots and rear crew embedded in a host nations SAR unit for a 3 year period teaching them up to date techniques and SOPs. This also included the development and training of a number of home grown flying instructors guided by our ex CFS trainers.
